REVIEW : 42669 Beekeepers' House and Flower Garden

Today I'm going to review this friends set. I didn't plan to buy this one but I found it on a huge discount lately and I couldn't pass it out. It was almost 50% off! I am glad that I gave it a chance because it really is a cool set and has so many great things going on around it. I hope this will be helpful for anyone who wants to purchase this set for their collection.

Set : 42669 - Beekeepers' House and Flower Garden

Theme : Friends

Pieces : 1161

Minidolls : 4

RRP : $89.99 / €109.99

Pros :

  • Nice exclusive minidolls

  • Great building techniques and parts

  • Beautiful architecture for the house, I love all the lavender curves and the chimney on the side.

  • Amazing flower garden. It has so many different flowers and cute trees

  • The interior isn't really big but is packed so well.

  • First time we see a shop and an apartment in this style. I love the honey-themed products.

Cons :

  • It's a bit expensive. In my region should cost around 90 euro in my opinion.

Overall thoughts :

I think this is a nice set from the January wave. I love the exterior with the huge garden and all the different plants and pots that there in. The interior is also very well packed as always in the friends line. I don't have any major complaints. The price would be perfect if it was in a 10-15% discount. I know the piece count is high but the end product doesn't fell like it has 1161 pieces in it. Lots of the pieces are small like studs and little plates. It's not a exceptional set but I recommend it if you're intrested
