REVIEW : 42661 Costume Party

Today I'm going to review this friends set. This one was on the must buy's list for me because of the amazing minidolls in these amazing costumes. Althought I didn't like the price and I waited for a small discount to get it. So the minute I found one I grabed it. I hope this will be helpful for anyone who wants to purchase this set for their collection.

Pros :

• Amazing minidolls and the main reason to get this one

• Comes up with a great new pegasus, giving us some elves vibes with it.

• New print for Churro with a funny moustache

• Some great pieces in different great colours

Cons :

• I didn't like the retail price and even with a 10% discount I didn't get my money worth with this one. This set should cost 30$ from the beginning.

Overall thoughts :

I think this is a good but overpriced set from the June wave. I love the new minidolls and all the new costumes for the friends characters especially that costume for Olly. The wings on the girls are great and the whole set is looking good but the price is a problem for me. I get why it is like that don't get me wrong. Having a pegasus, 4 exclusive minidolls, new wing pieces and prints for animals is going to cost more. If I designed this I wouldn't include the pegasus (as much as I enjoyed it) and this would be a greater deal in my opinion.
